Do plants have a mind of their own?

Do plants have a conscious and are they sentient beings growing with intent? These are questions that researchers from the US, Canada, Spain and Iran have been working to answer with the help of TLC200 Pro cameras. Their conclusion – French Beans can actually sense their environment and act accordingly!

Further research is needed but perhaps our assumptions about the plant world have been wrong.
